Koam Engineering Systems, Inc. Under the supervision of the PITCO Functional Area Manager (FAM), the Project Scheduler, will update and maintain the PITCO Schedule utilizing Microsoft Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project scheduling covering multiple tasks across multiple programs on a daily basis; organization and prioritization skills are crucial for success.
-Coordinate the master Production, Integration, Test & Check-Out(PITCO) schedules for the Network Integration Engineering Facility
-Must be able to present status updates on project progress through tracking and reporting at varying levels (individual, team, and overall project) to customers.
-Develop high level schedule tools based on the start and finish of major milestone criteria that is used by functional area managers to identify potential scheduling issues on a day-to-day basis.
- Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in developing corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous process Improvement with scheduling processes and performance metrics.
- Support the PITCO FAM with other related administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain inventory of all KES IT assets.
-Additional collateral responsibilities will include troubleshooting, repair and fix KES IT assets.
-Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Word and Excel.
-Demonstrated past performance as a computer network technician or administrator
-Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the deliverables and the documentation requirements
- Experience operating, configuring, operating and troubleshooting CANES and ADNS systems a plus
-Past performance working in a C4ISR DoD or military environment considered a plus
Qualifications and Education Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 4 or more years working in a C4ISR DoD environment as a computer network technician or administrator.
- Prefer candidate who is IAT Level I or Level II qualified
--Must have a DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to quickly obtain one
- CompTIA Security+
