Position Summary:

The Quality Assurance Manager will ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our products reach our customers. The Quality Assurance Manager performs all functions needed to maintain quality management system which assure a foundation for product excellence and provide a basis for long-term continuous improvement. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.


-Reviews and evaluates hardware and software products and systems to ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001:2008 specific to production and manufacturing.

-Oversees establishment of quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing, and maintenance.

-Develops and implements systems testing standards and procedures and conducts tests.

-Documents and analyzes test results, and makes recommendations to improve overall quality.

-Assists with project planning activities associated with engineering projects.

-Provides quality-related training.

-Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. Participates in special projects as required.

-Prepares technical and status reports for on-time delivery to Government customers.

-Develops technical write-ups to summarize corporate capabilities and past performance.

-Oversees monthly Subcontractor reporting. Reviews subcontractor purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

HS & 5 yrs in restoration/repair depot.

5 yrs recent experience in restoration/repair depot with emphasis on managing quality management systems (ISO9001:2008 or equivalent).
