Position Summary:

The Project Analyst provides direct analyst support to Government Project Managers and Logisticians in managing the day-to-day activities of assigned programs. As the Program Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining action item trackers, coordinating the completion of action items with internal and external stakeholders and represent the program in the government customer’s absence.

Responsibilities:

-Analysis of online data, hardcopy data and reports

-Tracking and reporting to online databases for movement and status of materials

-Reviewing and reporting the contractor financial status with regard to individual contractor tasks

-Preparing presentation materials for management reports

-Developing project status reports and key performance metrics

-Participating in meetings to assist with process implementation, flows and changes

-Assist the Government Project Managers with evaluating and monitoring the overall project

-Assist the Government Project Managers and Government Logisticians in communications and meetings by assisting with process descriptions, optimization and resolution of project issues and performance.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

HS; Associates or higher in Business Information Systems; Information Science; Business Management; Management Sciences; Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management.

3 years current or other relative experience with supporting DoD C4ISR projects with analysis, generation, tracking, and corrections of relevant data; participation and assisting in meetings with regard to the Government Project Manager’s objectives; development of reports and processes with an ability to understand the metrics derived; demonstrated ability to communicate in a group environment and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. The Project Analyst should also have experience in resolving process procedures and conflicts to optimize outcomes.
