Bob Tilton
Senior Technical Advisor


As Program Manager, Mr. Tilton is responsible for the implementation and management of KES's Design, Integration, and Installation strategy as it pertains to PEO-C4I along with management of LCC19 material procurement and kitting.

Prior to joining KES, Mr. Tilton accumulated a wealth of experience at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard as the Engineering Program Manager for all SPAWAR projects for designated Planning Yard ships from 2003-2011. From 2009-2011, Mr. Tilton concurrently led the Planning Yard engineering efforts as Program Manager in support of the ship life extension assessments for the two Navy command ships, USS Blue Ridge (LCC19) and USS Mount Whitney (LCC20).

Mr. Tilton, while born in Seattle, spent most of his youth in Southern California. He then moved back again to Washington with the start of his professional engineering career at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in 1973.

In his free time, Mr. Tilton enjoys volunteering at his local church, and has recently re-kindled his passion in coaching children for Little League Baseball.
