Medical and Dental Coverage:
KES, Inc. offers both HMO and PPO options for our medical and dental coverage allowing employees to select the plan that is the best fit for them and their family.
KES, Inc. offers employees a vision plan. Coverage includes annual eye exam, one pair of standard lenses and frame or contact lenses.
Flexible Spending Plans:
The Flexible spending plan allows for certain medical and dependent care expenses not reimbursed by insurance programs to be paid with pre-tax dollars rather than after tax dollars.
Group and Voluntary Life Insurance Programs:
KES, Inc. provides all of our full time employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week with a life insurance policy equivalent to one times their annual salary. In addition we have made a voluntary life insurance plan available to all eligible employees.

Most KES, Inc. employees are eligible for paid vacation, sick and holiday time.

KES, Inc. offers a 401(k) plan to all employees. Employees may enroll into the 401(k) plan effective the first of the month after their date of hire. Employees are allowed to make a pre-tax contribution not to exceed $17,500.00 per year, as set by the IRS guidelines. The catch-up contribution limit for employees aged 50 and over is $5,500. In addition, all employees receive a monthly contribution to their 401(k) equal to 3% of their salary, effective upon date of hire.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - (Discretionary Plan):
KES, Inc. is an employee owned company. An employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) is a type of tax-qualified employee benefit plan in which most or all of the assets are invested in stock of the employer. Employees do not actually buy shares in an ESOP instead the company contributes its own shares to the plan and contributes cash to buy its own stock. Employees gradually vest in their accounts and receive their benefits when they leave the company.
Employee Assistance Programs:
This benefit is being offered at no cost to all employees. An EAP plan allows you or your family members that live with you a wide range of services covering issues ranging from daily living and wellness to more complex behavioral health issues such as family and marital relationship problems. All employees are eligible to receive three free confidential counseling sessions per year with a licensed professional.
KES, Inc. offers a variety of voluntary benefits plans including short term disability, long term disability, personal accident indemnity plan, personal cancer indemnity plan and personal recovery plan.
