KES Awarded $36 Million contract to provide engineering support for SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific

SAN DIEGO, CA – KES Inc. was recently awarded a multi-million dollar contract by Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific), to provide engineering services in support of U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) commands. KES will provide In-Service-Engineering-Agent (ISEA) support for tactical data links and related systems sponsored by PEO-C4I, Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD), and FMS customers tasked by SSC Pacific. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is valued at $15.8M over its first two years and includes a three-year option, which, if exercised, would bring the potential cumulative value of the contract to $36M.

KES will provide specialized support in the areas of Technical Assistance, Fleet In-Service Engineering Support, Maintenance Support, In-Service Risk Management, Integrated Logistics Support, Technical Oversight of commercial/non-governmental In-Service engineering activities, Configuration Management, Readiness and Life Cycle Analysis, Technical Documentation Development and Reliability/Availability and Maintaining (RAM) reporting and metrics.
