Jonathan Kuo - VP, Corporate Strategy

Jonathan Kuo serves as the Vice President of Technical Operations. In his current capacity, Mr. Kuo is responsible for managing all KES revenue generating activities including the oversight of existing contracts and new business development activities. His responsibilities include short & long term growth strategies, sales, profit goal attainment, customer relationship, corporate resource allocation in support, of business development, capture management, proposal management and strategic initiatives. Additionally, Mr. Kuo collaborates with the Human Resources, Contracts and Finance Departments, and actively supports all KES process improvement activities (e.g. ISO 9001 & CMMI).

Mr. Kuo has been responsible for the development, implementation, and certification of an ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and serves as the primary Quality Management Representative. Additionally. Mr. Kuo has led the development of technical proposals, cost proposals, and oral presentation teams for SPAWAR IDIQ Contracts awarded to KES in June 2014 and May 2015.

Prior to joining KES in 2013, Mr. Kuo acquired a broad range of experience which includes program and project management, business process development and implementation, quality system development and management, capture planning and business development, proposal development, systems engineering, systems integration, testing, and product design and development. Customers have included DoD activities, DHS, and commercial entities. This experience has been obtained over 20 years via various technical and managerial positions at large and small companies - including Epsilon Systems, SAIC, and AP Labs.

Mr. Kuo is a California native and attended the University of California, San Diego graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
